The International Sacred Birman Club East has its domicile in Austria – Ebreichsdorf.

 

It is our goal to cultivate  and popularise the breed of Sacred Birman.

 

Once the year we will have a greneral meeting.  We  will elect the managing committee then and discuss all important topics of the club.  If a member want a topic to be discussed at the general meeting he has to write write an email to the club emailaddress with the topic at least 3 days before the meeting and it will be discussed at the meeting then.. Once the year the financical things of the club will be discussed there.

 

In the managing Committee are at least  the president, the treasurer and the reporter and also their replacements ( if possible)

 

When you want to get a member of the international Sacred Birman-Club you have to fill in an entryform and send it to the address of the International Sacred Birman-Club. The managing committee will accept then or they even have the possibililty to decline without saying any reason.

 

Every member of the club has the duty to accept the statutes and to keep with them. 

 

A member of this Club also has to  cultivate the Club and to play a part in it the way  she/he is able to.  Also a member of the international Sacred Birman-Club East has to pay the membership fee on time that means within the first 2 months of the year.

 

Also a member of this club isn’t allowed to do things which could damage the reputation of the Club . They have to show respect to the other members of the Club. They are not allowed to talk in a bad way about other members of this club or even to tell bad rumors around about them. If a member does it she/he will get warned and the second time he/she does that  she/he has to leave the club.

 

A member of the Club is allowed to register his Cattery at the website and to advertise for his kittens included their quality ( pet, breeding quality od breeding/show quality) at the website of the Club. She /he can do that when the kittens will be at least 8 weeks old.e. In order to do that, you have to send a photo you want to be added there and the text to the International Sacred Birman-Club East by email or snail mail.

 

1/10 of the amount of the members of the club can order a extra general meeting for a good reason. .

 

Every member of the International Sacred Birman-Club East is allowed to print out the statutes or the rules of the website.
